Cheret Table No. 161 de Les affiches illustreès of Mandroin.

The poster depicted here dated a few years earlier, namely 1890 (La belle epoque de Jules Cheret, BNF 2010), measured cm 127.5 x 90.5 and was printed by Chaix. Practically unreveable, the same poster was also printed by the Edmond Sagot bookstore which, according to Cheret, produced 50 artist’s rehearsals on thick numbered and signed paper. The Teatrophone rehearsals were the first of a small collection of 12 artist’s rehearsal posters that the bookstore offered its customers in 1890 at 15 fr to the piece regardless of Size

The specimen in question is in perfect condition and is not lined.
